Marillion - Sight & Sound in concert live at
Goldiggers, Chippenham 1984
Just can’t stop watching this, so so many memories watching this at home with my Mum & Dad taping it on the old vhs player and repeatedly playing it.
Marillion nearing their peak and the best Rock band of all time in my biased opinion.
Sure you have other phenomenal bands like Zeppelin, Purple, Sabbath, Rainbow, Priest etc etc… but none have the Poet and the Lyricist in Fish and they way he could Magically weave, encapsulate and hypnotise you through a story of music that Marillion did back in their heyday.
Every gig I remember and was at was Awesome and so full of Electricity from the band and crowd that God only knows how it never blacked out the rest of the country.
I absolutely loved this band back then and this gig epitomises what it was like.
I’ll watch this time and again till my dying days.
