Your Album Of The Week

Since my son went to Florida on Tuesday among all my listening this has been a repeated listen. His first “band” that he got into without any direct influence.

Haven’t really listened to much of them Lawrie, but I’ve read they are influenced by early Springsteen. Does it show?

This has featured a lot this week…

There album 59 Sound does to a degree. I like Handwritten and American Slang best as albums. They also champion American Punk/Garage band type stuff and their 1st album is rougher around the edges. Theyve become a bit more polished of late since signing to a major label.

Haven’t listened to much. Probably this by default.

A little late, but I never tire of listening to this album.

A difficult choice this week, but gonna go with this one.
1983 and it was the first of many times seeing this band headlining. Happy days

Played this a few times on repeat in the car all week. Resurrection Day is a belter of a track.

Hardly had time to play anything this week, though this has been on a couple of times…
