Does anyone here know whether the contact us email form on the shop is actually working? Had to get in touch as my Misplaced Childhood discs ordered 8th August haven’t appeared yet .They were sent out last Monday and usually it’s here next day. When you phone they don’t get back to you and when you click on send a copy of email to yourself, it doesn’t send a copy so I’m not sure whether they have received the mail either. I’m not wanting to nag the office too much ,could do without the public roasting that went on last week on Facebook where someone had complained too much

Updated , it’s seems that the original delivery had gone missing - A replacement was received today
