What a brilliant concert, I won’t ruin it for Steve (who’s going tomorrow) but one of the special guests was someone who I have a lot of respect for - Opeths Mikael Akerfeldt who.guested on one of the songs. :wink:

Say what you want about the gig, it won’t spoil things for me. I’ve seen the set list (Steven Wilson Concert Setlist at Royal Albert Hall, London on September 28, 2015 | setlist.fm), plus Tuesday is a completely different show.

Always said that the album should have been played from start to finish on the HCE tour but it was mixed in with other songs.

Also would have liked to have seen Ninet Tayeb singing on Routine. On the tour they used prerecorded backing for the female vocal parts.

When it was announced that guests would be appearing i thought Mikael Akerfeldt might play, though Storm Corrosion stuff isn’t my favourite. Maybe he’ll turn up again for tonights gig.

I’ve previously heard that cost of filming in RAH is very high. Perhaps a double live cd release.

Not so much a concert, but the screening of the new Roger Waters Wall doc/film tonight at our local theatre.
Having gone to the O2 & Wembley Stadium shows in London, I’m really looking forward to the big screen version. (The wife bought the tickets as a little birthday gift). :wink:
