What are you listening to (3)? (Part 2)

Oh, nice one Mike. Definitely worth a delve! And seeing live.

I bought a ticket this past weekend to see them in April on their US tour. The venue is an odd one, very dark and dingy with a very small stage, only 12” high off the main floor. Capacity is less than 400. Hopefully it will still be good.

I think they’re still testing the waters in the U.S.

They don’t really play many bigger venues over here either. Last few tours they’ve finished up at Cadogan Hall, London, which I think is about 950 capacity. They fill that out okay. I’d rather have a packed smaller venue than a larger emptier one.

I am actually too emotionally drained just now to listen to anything, its like an emotional bereavement even though we knew it was coming it doesn’t make it any easier after following him for 43yrs :sleepy::sleepy:

I can understand that.

Saying that, first thing I did when I got home was put Internal Exile on because Lucky really moved me on Sunday.

Fish - Vigil’s End

Wasn’t sure how I’d feel listening to this today but I needn’t have worried. Instead of the possibility of ending up an emotional wreck, I actually just really enjoyed it and it made me realise just how lucky we’ve been all these years.
