I wonder if the reason behing Steve Wickham “retiring” from the Waterboys earlier this year is Brother Paul joining the band, seeing how much of a presence he has on stage and maybe overshadowed Steve as a consequence.
Steve will be missed on any future Waterboys albums.

To be honest, I don’t think you can have the Waterboys without Steve. He was integral.
