Misplaced 2017 sleeve notes in word or pdf?

Hi Fish and Fish heads,
The 4LP Misplaced box 2017 is awesome. I’d like to read the extensive sleeve notes, but I also want to keep the booklet in mint condition. So, I am looking for a word or pdf version. Does anybody have that? @Fish, maybe you can help with this?

I’m sure it must be available somewhere, but I can’t believe you aren’t prepared to read through the booklet once! Are you all thumbs?
