Just got myself a ticket to a free Nita Strauss (Alice Cooper/Demi Lovato guitarist) meet and greet!
I should add that I’m not a guitar player. But the opportunity to have a photo with her is too good to pass up. I also took some photos of her at a couple of Alice Cooper concerts, so I may print one and ask her to sign it.

I couldnt go and see them this time around and obviously it is hard to imagine them touring again in another couple of years. Still, not the same since Steve Morse left. 
Whoever the new guitarist was ? Temporary or not, he was absolutely stunning , and ripped the songs a new ars****

Simon McBride, I think from Belfast. Has a few solo albums out and has played for Gillan in his solo bands before.
Tonight in Swansea.
My dogs are being looked after until tomorrow morning so making the most of it. I’ll be out around 2pm for some warm up beers, then the gig, then who knows

Well that was excellent. Vocals didn’t sound too much like either Gilmour or Waters but musically and visually it was superb.
Started with ‘Shine On You Crazy Diamond’ and it took me right back to Earls Court 1994 which was the only time i saw Pink Floyd live.
And my first time in the newly opened Swansea Arena. 3,500 capacity which means some decent bands are now just a 20 minute train journey away instead of my trips to Cardiff, or beyond into the foreign territory that is England . Very impressed.
Out at 1pm for drinks with Emma and a couple of friends, a fantastic gig, then all back to my house listening to music with extra large gins until 3am. Doesn’t get much better than that.
I didn’t take many photos (just the ones below) but i’ll put some more here when my mate sends me the ones he took.

In the line for nearly 2 hours trying to register for verified fan status in the hope of getting presale tickets for Taylor Swift. Looks like it will be a long wait. 
I can only imagine what it’s gonna be like when the tickets actually go on sale if this is what it’s like just to register!
So how did they enjoy it?
They loved it…it was not the first time for my wife who has seen them many times over the years (not as often as me) but my kids had a big smile on their face…so I guess they enjoyed the show
