I had a listen yesterday, I think some songs work well (especially the Taking On The World stuff), others (Word Up inc) definitely dont .
A great band to see live though, enjoy the night 
Flew 700 miles down to Boston and then drove 1 hour west to Worcester to see Maiden for the last time on this leg of the tour

Only marginally, bloody delayed over 2 hours due to a ‘flat’ tire that needed changing whilst sat on the plane

Getting an early train to Birmingham mate, to get some cheap double vodka and cokes down my neck b4 the gig !! Not paying nearly 14 quid a go in the arena!!!

He enjoyed the show. Gillan obviously not hitting the notes he once did, but take note of his performance on When A Blind Man Cries. Imagine being able to sing like that at 77 years old? Band on good form and Simon McBride is a good fit. Man, you missed Steve Morse during his 20-odd years in the band. He missed a lot of BOC cause of early start by them.
Yeah one of the reasons I’m going in at 7pm cus I really want to see them .

Hard to believe some of these blokes are still rocking at 77 years old. 80 in some cases.
I think of my dear old grandad sat there, sucking on his pipe while watching the horse racing. Same age.
Admittedly he did spend half his life down a coal mine.
