Yep. No VAT. I’m supposed to declare it as an out of State purchase when I file my taxes and pay local tax but only when the item value or total annual cost of purchases combined is over a certain amount …

Also he also mentions it in his ‘Limited Edition Of One’ book where he lists his own favourite albums.
And there’s a whole chapter called Harmony Codex which is a short story SW has written - maybe the album concept ???
