The retailer (maybe less polite) called the very well known firm commercial staff.
In the end : I pay the today price for what I wanted to buy.
And it’s not the retailer who pays the difference : he shouted too. It’s the well known firm.
When it’s REALLY not right, not justified : never let it go.
And I’ve been told, fortunately, I was not alone shouting, even staying very polite.
