St. Vincent (aka Annie Clark)
A very talented singer and guitarist.
Steve Jones, Glen Matlock & Paul Cook, the three original TSP’s with Frank Carter fronting them, who is superb. 65 minutes of true excellece. Oddly half the crowd was in their 20’s and knew all the words, the other half was in their 60’s!
Your seat, although ropey got you a position for a great shot.
Although I knew little of Pear Handled Revolver and less of The Emerald Dawn, they’re two excellent prog bands
Really enjoyed it. For a 65 year old, his voice is still top notch.
And bumped into someone who I’ve not seen in 35 years, so had a good catch up.
Kim Jennet - support act
Thanks Steve.
Saw ELO a couple of years ago. Thought they were outstanding. Looks to be the same band he has kept together for a few years now. Lee Pomeroy on bass is part of Headspace with Damian Wilson and Adam Wakeman. He also featured in It Bites alongside John Mitchell.
I just got home from a gig. It’s an old friend of mine who has had a successful band (CMX) here in Finland and now going solo ( A. W. Yrjänä). I loved it and here’s one photo I think I managed quite well He’s singing and playing the bass.
Pariisin Kevät (Spring in Paris) yesterday, another great gig and lots of nice photos, this is one of the fun ones:
And here’s the singer after the gig talking to my wife, maybe asking her to marry him.
I had a brilliant gig, what a difference it has made having Portnoy back , a better everything, shame he couldn’t improve James voice live !
Good setlist.
The Big man in Antwerp.
Very good gig Happiness.
I arrived early, because Antwerp Ring use to be a mess with 5 lanes, and it was…
I won first row as consequence
I don`t think you could make Blackie Lawless look better with the best camera in the world.
But you can’t fault his lip syncing!
I thought Suzi Quatro had let herself go.
